Rental Policy:

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.

Please do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. 

Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawn mowers, etc. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come prior to delivery.

Party In My Yardy is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Refund Policy: 

Please cancel within 24-hours to avoid a 50% cancellation charge of the total cost of the rental. We are happy to extend the full amount as a credit for future bookings.

No refunds will be given due to the client providing an inaccurate set-up address or misspelled names.

No refunds will be given due to denied access to gated community.
